Management asked Joe to describe in an article how floral

decisions. The result was this October 2005 article, "Do

Management The perennial discussion of freelance
consultants who are working as full-time employees for
another company emerged again. When does the freelance-consultant
run into a conflict of interest with his employer (who
is paying for the aspiring moonlight consultant's salary,
desk, telephone and computer?) It's tough to work two
jobs, and many who are great at one profession become
mediocre at two when moonlighting takes its toll. Joe
was interviewed extensively for this article. Read about
